So, I'm sitting here watching Top Chef and timing contractions. I've been having them for the last two hours or so and decided that perhaps I should pay attention.
Contractionmaster.com says that they're relatively regular, although I don't trust my self-report. It's hard to tell one from the next so I'm constantly poking my sides to be able to tell.
My husband is riveted by the process. I can tell by the intensity of his snoring.
At the moment, it seems to be hovering just under every 6 mins or so. If I were to call my OB, I would buy myself yet another exciting couple of hours in triage.
On the other hand, if I have to be having contractions, it seems much more comfortable to do so at home. And so, here I am.
