The Unexpected.

I just received a call from the OB's office to tell me that my glucose tolerance test came back normal.

I'm in complete and total disbelief. I was already beginning my outrage in preparation for being asked not to eat sugar, carbs, and to stick myself 4 times a day to draw blood. I was 100% certain I would have an abnormal result!

Take that, PCOS!

Metformin is a life-saver-- literally and figuratively. And I am going to celebrate with gummy bears this evening.
